Responsible Service of Alcohol – RSA

The RSA course is mandatory for all staff involved in the service of liquor in Queensland licensed premises. This includes wait staff, glass collectors, bar staff, security and management. RSA certificates issued by trainers outside of Queensland will not satisfy OLGR requirements.
